All our prices are fixed, however if item didn't get sold after 2 months there's a possibility of price reduction
All our products are 100% authentic. With over 15 years of experience in the market, our highly trained authentication team carefully verifies each item. In addition, we utilize advanced authenticity verification technology approved by the Dubai Department of Economy.
Every purchase comes with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by our company, included in the invoice. This certificate guarantees a full refund if any item is ever proven to be counterfeit.
Each item comes with the specific inclusions provided by the consignor — this may include a dust bag, box, or both. To see exactly what’s included with a particular item, please refer to the product page and check the description section, where all details are clearly listed.
New arrivals are released every Monday and Thursday. To stay updated, you can join our dedicated “Just Arrived” Instagram channel or simply follow us on Instagram, check our website, or browse the app on those days.

The Closet is not liable for the possible outcome of the item from personal usage, and that further issue towards the item should be addressed to the manufacturer (authorized dealer of the brand).

Shipping and Return
We offer our own delivery service inside Cairo, next day delivery. and Aramex for the rest of Egypt taking from 3 to 4 working days
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

In-store purchases: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of consigned (pre-owned) items.
Online orders: For deliveries within Cairo (via our own delivery service), you may inspect the item before completing payment.

Consignment
Thank you for your interest in selling with us. You have three options:
- Submit your item details via our website.
- Send photos of the item via WhatsApp to our purchasing team at +20 103 317 2039..7 to 10 working days.
- Bring the items directly to the store.
Your items will remain with our team for 7 to 10 working days while we prepare the final price. If you agree with the offered price, we will proceed with the sale. If not, you can collect your items.
We accept a curated selection of luxury brands, including:

We primarily operate on a consignment basis, where payment is made once the item is sold.
