All in-store sales are final. Due to the pre-owned nature of our items, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted. The Closet is not liable for any issues arising from personal use — any such concerns should be directed to the brand's authorised dealer or manufacturer.

The item must be returned with The Closet security tag intact. Once the security tag has been removed, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.
